Collections and deliveries booked through www.parcelbiz.co.uk are for UK mainland only. Please contact us for a quotation for offshore and overseas deliveries.

The 'Company' shall refer to ParcelBiz a trading name of Carrier3PL (a company registered in England and Wales under number 10736373) whose registered office is 2 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1QT

The 'courier; shall refer to DPD and any other carrier the company may use from time to time.

The Customer shall be responsible to ensure that the correct goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date.

The Customer is responsible to ensure that sufficient packaging is used for each consignment. Please refer to our useful tips page for more information - www.parcelbiz.co.uk/usefultips

The Customer is also responsible to ensure that the consignment does include any of the prohibited items. Please refer to our prohibited items page for more information - www.parcelbiz.co.uk/prohibiteditems

The Customer will incur an additional charge if no one is available at the collection address and a collection is rescheduled.

The company will not be responsible for the damage of loss of goods once they have left our premises. Any claims will need to be processed directly with the Courier.
